Etisalat. Become the most valuable brand in Middle East.

Etisalat was going through a major transformation: from technology oriented organization to customer centric organization. We helped them to initiate and make this transformation a reality. 

We provided digital brand DNA including design principles and guidelines through service design methods for the largest telco in Middle East, operating in 30 countries. The brand DNA serves for seamless customer experience to be applied in digital channels.

To stress the importance of aligning Brand and CX we build an internal design team to develop and scale future Etisalat digital services during next three years. 12 services were released to market during this time.
